Biological Activity：Urapidil hydrochloride is an orally active α1-adrenoceptor antagonist and 5-HT1A receptor agonist with a pIC50 of 6.13 and 4.38 against α1- and α2-adrenoceptor, respectively. Urapidil hydrochloride shows antihypertensive effect[2].
