Biological Activity：Pinoresinol dimethyl ether ((+)-Eudesmin) is a non-phenolic furofuran lignan isolated from Magnolia biondii with neuritogenic activity. Pinoresinol dimethyl ether ((+)-Eudesmin) can induce neuritis outgrowth from PC12 cells by stimulating up-stream MAPK, PKC and PKA pathways[2].
